- Know who you are booking. Before you confirm, you see the chauffeur’s profile: photo, completed trips, owner recommendations, license classes, vehicles they have chauffeured, and star ratings with comments from past owners.
- You choose—not us. Browse available chauffeurs for your route, compare stats and reviews, and lock in the person you are comfortable with.
- Live trip visibility. Once the trip starts, follow progress in real time—route, status updates, and milestones from pickup through arrival.
- A full record of every trip. Chauffix logs trip activity end to end: who drove, when each status changed, distance travelled, and payment. Your trip history stays in the app for reference.
- Ratings that hold chauffeurs accountable. After every completed trip, owners rate the chauffeur. Low ratings and misconduct reports are reviewed—chauffeurs who fall short can be removed from the platform.
What chauffeur details can I see before I book?
When you request a trip, each available chauffeur shows their name, photo, distance to pickup, trip cost, completed trips, owner approvals, years licensed, and average rating. Tap for the full profile—license classes, vehicles they have driven for other owners, hobbies, and individual reviews with route and comment details. You book with eyes open.
What happens on the trip itself?
From the moment a chauffeur accepts, the trip is tracked in the app. You see status changes—accepted, in progress, arrived, completed—and can follow the route live while they drive your vehicle. Fare and distance are tied to the booking, so there are no surprises when you arrive.
Can I leave feedback after a trip?
Yes. Every completed trip can be rated from 1–5 stars with an optional comment. Ratings are tied to the specific trip and visible to other owners when they browse chauffeurs. If something went wrong, your feedback is part of Chauffix’s review process and helps keep the community safe.
